Encounters with users

We believe in “Rail Different” and translate this philosophy into concrete actions. We have therefore established an initiative that we care deeply about, Parole al Treno – Arenaways meets: an operational practice aimed at encouraging direct dialogue with passengers, through regular free meetings where the public speaks directly with Arenaways management. The goal of these events is to monitor the state of the service from the perspective of its real users, in order to continuously adapt the service characteristics to the specific needs of travelers.

We organized the first event in the series on October 16, 2024, in Saluzzo, even before the first connection started: focused on the Cuneo-Saluzzo-Savigliano route, it was a public success and well-received.
