Welcome aboard, children!
Young passengers under 4 years old travel for free on Arenaways trains as long as they are accompanied by an adult and do not occupy a seat.
Children from 4 to 12 years old benefit from a 50% discount on the full ticket price and can choose a seat for themselves!
The more, the merrier! Groups are always welcome on Arenaways trains, and if they consist of at least 10 paying passengers, the benefits increase.
Ordinary groups receive a 10% discount on the total ticket price, while school groups (schools, universities, universities for seniors, academies, and training institutions) benefit from a 20% discount and two free tickets for every 10 paying passengers.
Planning a group trip? Send the request form for school groups or regular groups to customercare@arenaways.it at least 10 days in advance.
If you're a large group, you can also rent the train!
Pets and assistance dogs are always welcome aboard Arenaways.
To ensure the best travel experience for our four-legged friends, please remember to inform us of their presence during the purchase process with Arenaways.
We cannot provide them with a seat, even if they are in a carrier, but they will always travel for free! If you can’t use a carrier, please remember to bring a leash and muzzle.
Assistance dogs are not required to wear a muzzle, but they must have the training certificate on letterhead (or with a legible stamp) from the reference dog training center or institute, certifying that the dog is a service dog.
Guide dogs for passengers with visual impairments do not require any certification.
Bikes and other micromobility devices, whether electric or pedal-powered, are more sustainable than trains and can all travel for free on Arenaways trains!
If folding, they must be disassembled, while regular bikes can be placed in the designated bike racks in the dedicated area for two-wheeled vehicles.
To better meet the needs of families, Arenaways has established the free Arenaways Accompanies service, dedicated to travelers aged 7 to 14 years who need to travel alone.
The service is available by reservation only, by emailing customercare@arenaways.it at least 3 working days before the planned travel date and attaching the minor accompaniment request form and the related delegation.
