Invoices

Travel tickets are always issued along with a fiscal receipt.


Customers who, for tax deduction purposes, need to receive an invoice must submit a request within 24 hours of purchase by filling out the web form. By the 15th of the month following the date of purchase, Arenaways will send a courtesy copy of the invoice in PDF format to the email address provided.

Lost items

Customers who believe they have lost a personal item in station areas or on board an Arenaways train can contact the on-board staff if the situation allows, call the Arenaways Risponde call center, or write to customercare@arenaways.it.


Items are handed over to customers who can prove ownership or identify their nature. After 15 days from the finding, unclaimed lost items are forwarded to the Lost and Found Service of the Municipality of Turin.

Minor assistance

We understand the needs of families and always strive to help them! We have established the free Arenaways Accompagna minor accompaniment service, dedicated to travelers aged between 7 and 14 who need to travel alone.


The service is only available by reservation, by writing to customercare@arenaways.it at least 3 working days before the planned travel date and attaching the minor accompaniment request form and the related authorization.
