Accessible Arenaways and Blue Room

We want everyone to travel comfortably on board Arenaways and support the ever-growing accessibility of rail transport services.

Station accessibility can be checked on the infrastructure manager RFI's website www.rfi.it

To receive enhanced support at the Cuneo and Savigliano stations, passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility can contact RFI's Sala Blu service with a minimum notice of 12 hours.

In all other stations, the Arenaways Accessible service is available by submitting a request at least 24 hours before the train's departure on weekdays or 48 hours before departure on public holidays by filling out the web form.

Arenaways ensures train accessibility for passengers with reduced mobility, whether they use wheelchairs or other mobility equipment:

  • Equipped the central carriage with two designated spaces and a ramp operated manually by the train conductor;
  • Marked the dedicated carriage externally with a prominent blue band and a white icon;
  • Marked seats reserved primarily for passengers with disabilities and provided a space next to them for guide dogs, if needed;
  • Regularly checks the functionality of visual and vocal announcements and acoustic signals;
  • Included an acoustic signal for identifying doors and a tactile opening button;
  • Installed toilets accessible to passengers with disabilities, featuring tactile controls for doors and water.

In the case of replacement services, Arenaways prioritizes the use of buses accessible to passengers with reduced mobility whenever possible.
