Change Travel Tickets

The time and date of the digital single ride ticket can be changed free of charge to another train up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time of the originally purchased train. It is allowed to change the origin and destination, but no refund is due if the final ticket price is lower.

Until December 31, 2026, time and date changes must be requested through Arenaways Risponde or at the Arenaways C’è point in Saluzzo. Alternatively, until December 31, you can also board the next available train without requesting changes to the ticket, provided you immediately inform the train conductor once on board!

Paper single ride tickets purchased through the Mooney network cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded, and the same applies to tickets purchased with FAIRTIQ.

Arenaways “train-only” subscriptions, Piedmont Integrated Rate subscriptions, and 10-Month Student Integrated subscriptions cannot be modified.

Purchases loaded onto the Transport Credit electronic wallet cannot be modified.
